Community and moderation tools support sharing of responses between participants (in addition to private responses), encourage open commenting by the community or ask for more information using private probes from researchers. Admins can collaborate in a hidden backroom using comments and tasks. 4. Responses can be excerpted and coded online and pulled into dynamic reports on the fly. 4.
